1. The Service

LinkYourName provides managed DNS infrastructure, domain management tools, SSL provisioning, URL shortening, Google Search Console integration, uptime monitoring, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@linkyourname.com.

3. Plans & Billing

LinkYourName offers the following subscription plans:

• Free — 1 domain, 10 managed links, full DNS management. No credit card required.
• Starter — $9/month — 1 domain, 100 managed links, URL redirects, email notifications, and audit log. Additional domains from $5/month each.
• Growth — $34/month — 1 domain, unlimited managed links, team collaboration, Under Attack DDoS protection, traffic analytics, and priority support. Additional domains from $5/month each.
• Custom Arrangements — For large domain portfolios or custom SLA requirements, contact hello@linkyourname.com.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by applicable law. Prices are stated in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LinkYourName to:

• Distribute malware, spyware, or any malicious software.
• Conduct phishing, fraud, or impersonation of any person or entity.
• Send unsolicited email (spam) or run open mail relays.
• Host or distribute illegal content, including content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or the accounts of other users.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in violation of these rules, without notice if the violation is severe.

5. Your Content & Domains

You retain ownership of your domain names and the content you associate with them. By using our DNS infrastructure, you grant us a limited licence to route, resolve, and manage DNS for your domains solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any domain name complies with applicable laws, including trademark law. LinkYourName is not responsible for the content of websites hosted under domains you manage through our platform.

6. Google API Integration

Our Google Search Console integration connects to Google APIs using OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Google account, you authorise us to access the Google Search Console and Site Verification APIs on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings or from your LinkYourName dashboard. Our use of data obtained through Google APIs is limited to providing and improving the GSC features within our platform and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability of our DNS infrastructure and dashboard. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service outages, DNS propagation delays, or events outside our reasonable control (including third-party infrastructure failures, network issues, or acts of nature).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkYourName and its team members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@linkyourname.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your account is used for illegal activity. Upon termination, your DNS zones will be removed and your domains will no longer resolve through our infrastructure.

We recommend updating your nameservers at your registrar before closing your account to avoid disruption to your domains.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content comprising the LinkYourName platform are the property of LinkYourName or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
